Steps to Secure Your Account

1. Reset Your Email Password

  • Choose a strong, unique password that you’ve never used before.

  • Avoid using the same password for both your email and Perkville accounts.

  • Include a combination of letters, numbers, and symbols for better security.

2. Scan Your Devices for Malware

Use your antivirus software to scan for:

  • Malware

  • Keyloggers

  • Viruses

Make sure your antivirus tool is updated with the latest definitions.

3. Keep Your Operating Systems Updated

Update all devices you use to access Perkville, including:

  • Computers

  • Phones

  • Tablets
