My customer signed up for a new membership, will their points transfer?

As long as they don't change their email address, Perkville will automatically sync their new membership and their rewards account will persist forward with the new membership.

Please note that there is often a 10-30 minute delay between when a membership changes and when it shows up in Perkville.

If there is an email discrepancy between memberships, you can transfer the membership between accounts.
