How can I create a manual referral reward for a specific customer?

This page describes how to give an ad hoc referral, in the case a member did not create a referral on their own.

You can create a referral by following these steps:

  1. Find the Customer Profile: Start by searching for the customer's profile and clicking on their name to access their details.

  2. Submit Referral: On the customer's profile page, locate and click on the "Submit referral" button near the top of the screen.

  3. Enter Referral Details: Next, select the appropriate location for the referral and enter the referred friend's email address. This customer will earn referral points under these two scenarios:

    1. If this referred person HAS NOT earned points at your business already, then the referral will be not be completed immediately. The referral will be completed later, automatically after the referee takes a qualifying action, such as checking in, taking a class, or making a purchase.     2. If the referred person HAS already earned points, a message will appear saying, "[email] has earned points from your business. Are you sure you want to submit this person as a referral?" The referrer will earn the referral bonus (points or instant reward, as configured) immediately if you click submit.
