Overview

This email is sent immediately after a customer earns points.

The email includes:

  • The customer's updated point balance

  • A breakdown of what they earned points for

  • Available rewards

  • Earning rules

  • Any relevant frequency bonuses

Disabling point earning notifications

Within an earning activity's setting, you can disable invitations and point-earning notifications by toggling Prevent Email on.
