Businesses can maintain one consistent program across multiple markets while customers use Perkville in the language they are most comfortable with. ### Supported languages Perkville currently supports: * English * Spanish * French * Portuguese * Dutch The multilingual framework is designed to support additional languages as customer needs evolve. ### How Perkville selects a language If a customer has not selected a preferred language, Perkville automatically uses the language set in their browser. Customers can also choose their preferred language. Their selection applies to the Perkville interface, system messages, notifications, and emails, creating a consistent experience throughout their loyalty journey. ### Loyalty and referrals in the customer’s preferred language The multilingual experience makes it easier for customers to understand how to: * Earn points * Complete challenges * Redeem rewards * Refer friends * Read Perkville system messages, notifications, and emails ### Supporting programs across multiple markets Businesses can use one Perkville program across different countries instead of creating a separate loyalty and referral experience for each market.
