# Redemption Details

The Redemption Details Report provides an in-depth look at each redemption made at your business. This report allows you to track and analyze the specifics of each redemption transaction.

### Columns in the Redemption Details Report

* **Date Created:** The date on which the voucher was created.
* **Customer:** The customer associated with the redemption, hyperlinked to their profile for easy access.
* **Customer Email:** The email address of the customer.
* **Type:** The type of redemption, indicating whether it is a standard redemption or a referral offer.
* **Title:** The title of the voucher or offer that was redeemed.
* **Location Name:** The name of the location where the voucher was redeemed.
* **Voucher Code:** The unique code assigned to the voucher.
* **Coupon Code:** The coupon code used, if applicable.
* **Quantity:** The number of vouchers redeemed.
* **Status:** The current status of the voucher (e.g., Used, Unused, Expired, Credited, Voided).
* **Expiration Date:** The date when the voucher expired, if applicable.

### Filters for the Redemption Details Report

Before running the report, you can apply the following filters to customize the data:

* **Start Date/End Date:** Define the date range for when the voucher was created. This covers the creation date of the voucher, not the date it was used.
* **Status:**
  * **All:** Includes vouchers of all statuses.
  * **Used:** Includes vouchers marked as Used.
  * **Unused:** Includes Unused vouchers (vouchers yet to be marked as Used).
  * **Expired:** Includes vouchers that expired prior to use.
  * **Credited:** Includes rewards sent directly to a customer’s account within the POS system. Currently applicable only to MindBody and Lightspeed Cloud/Retail businesses with connected redeeming rules.
  * **Voided:** Includes Voided vouchers. Voided status means access to the voucher was removed, and points were added back to the customer's account.
* **Locations:** Select the locations at which the voucher was redeemed.
* **Type:**
  * **Redeemed Perk:** A reward redemption that customers spent their points to receive.
  * **Referral Offer:** A claimed referral offer, which is the offer that current customers may send to their friends to entice them to come into the business.

### Generating the Report

To generate the Redemption Details Report:

1. Navigate to the **Reports** section in your Perkville dashboard.
2. Select **Redemption Details** from the list of available reports.
3. Apply the desired filters and choose your date range.
4. Click **Run Report** to export the data as a CSV file for further analysis.

This report is instrumental in understanding the specifics of redemptions and can help you monitor voucher activity and manage customer rewards effectively.
