Added lifetime earning limits to Custom earn perks
Updated the certain voucher types (Credited, Issued, etc) to no longer display an expiration date
Made voucher status to more prominent on the voucher

Added the Transaction Quantities by Location report
Altered earn perks to allow both points and instant rewards, previously only supported one or the other
Changing the default of "Completes Referral" from Yes to No
