Please send this information to the Perkville team member you are currently corresponding with.

***

### Step 2: Review and sign the agreement

Once we receive your corporate name and address:

* We will generate your Perkville agreement.
* You will receive a link to review and electronically sign the agreement.

***

### Step 3: Perkville countersigns the agreement

After you sign:

* The Perkville team will countersign the agreement.
* Once countersigned, the agreement will be fully executed.

***

### Step 4: Enter your payment information

Using the **same link** you used to sign the agreement:

* You will be prompted to securely enter your payment information.

***

### Step 5: Schedule your Welcome Call

After your payment details are submitted:

* You will receive an email with instructions to schedule a **Welcome Call** with our Customer Success team.
* During this call, we’ll walk through [onboarding](/guides/onboarding.md).

***

### Reminder: What to do next

The next step to keep things moving is simple:

👉 **Send your corporate name and address to your Perkville contact.**

Once we have that, we’ll take it from there.

If you have any questions at any point, your Perkville contact will be happy to help.
