Welcome to the Perkville FAQs for end customers of the businesses that use Perkville. If you’re earning points at your gym, local retailer, or another business through Perkville, this section is here to help answer your questions.

You’ll find answers to common questions about earning and redeeming points, referring friends, accessing your account, and more. If you don’t see the answer to your question, we recommend checking with the business where you’re earning points, as they may have specific policies for their loyalty program.
