Customizing the look of loyalty program pages

After uploading your logos and setting brand colors, you can customize the design of your loyalty program pages to align with your business's visual style. This includes adjusting colors for headers, buttons, and content sections.

Accessing the page customization view

1. Log into your Perkville business account.

2. Go to Settings in the top navigation.

3. In the left sidebar, select Business > Branding.

4. Click the Preview button to open the design editor.

You'll see tabs for each page type:

• Website

• Referral page

• Login/registration page

• Emails

Click each tab to customize the corresponding page.

Editing visual elements

Each tab allows you to modify key elements. Use the panel on the right to make changes.

Header

• Type: Choose between solid color or gradient.

• Background: Select a brand color.

• Text: Choose a contrasting text color.

• Hide business name?: Check this box to remove the business name from the header (logo remains visible).

Buttons

• Background: Set the button fill color.

• Text: Set the text color on the button.

Additional settings by tab:

• Website tab:

  • Alert Boxes: Customize color for important messages.

  • Navigation Order: Reorder tabs like Points, Earning, Perks, Levels, Challenges, Referrals by entering a number in each field.

• Referral page tab:

  • Only buttons can be customized.

• Login/registration tab:

  • Header and button styles can be customized.

  • Option to hide business name.

• Emails tab:

  • See Customizing the appearance of emails for details.

Saving and publishing

• Click Save to keep changes without publishing.

• Click Publish when you're ready for your updates to go live.

Tip: Use high-contrast color combinations to ensure readability. For guidance, refer to the WCAG color contrast criteria.
