Integration Steps

  1. Account Setup in Middle Your Perkville Customer Success Representative (CSR) will coordinate with you to initiate the integration through our platform, Middle. You will receive an invitation via email to set up your Middle account.

Important: Make sure the email address used belongs to a Booker admin user, as admin access is required for the integration.

  1. Complete Registration Follow the link in the email and set a password to complete your Middle account registration.

  2. Authorize the Integration Once registered and signed in to Middle, follow these steps:

  • Click on the “Booker” app in the top left corner

  • Select “Edit Connection Details”

  • Enter your store name in the “Business Name/ID” field and click Save

  • Click “Launch OAuth Flow”

    ⚠️ Be sure you’re logged into a Booker admin account when completing the OAuth process

  • Follow the prompts to complete authorization

  1. Send Location IDs After successfully completing the OAuth connection, email your Booker Location ID(s) to your Perkville CSR.
