Integration Steps

1. Your Customer Success Representative (CSR) will send you a Data Authorization Form via DocuSign.

2. Once signed, your CSR will submit the form to Club OS to grant Perkville access to your customer data.

3. Please provide your Club OS Club ID to your CSR to complete the integration process.
