Integration Steps

  1. Provide Your MINDBODY Site ID(s) Send your MINDBODY Site ID(s) to your Perkville Customer Success Representative (CSR). Follow these instructions to locate your Site ID(s).

  2. Activate the Perkville Integration Your CSR will provide you with an activation link. Click the link and sign in using your MINDBODY admin credentials to authorize the connection.

  3. Confirmation Message If the integration is successful, you’ll see a message confirming that the connection already exists.

TIP: Before clicking the activation link, make sure you're logged into your MINDBODY account with ADMIN privileges to avoid any authorization errors.
