Syncing Perkville leads

When a referred friend claims a referral offer, Perkville can push this lead to ClubReady.

This integration uses the POST https://api.clubready.com/users/v1/clubs/{ClubId}/users and GET https://api.clubready.com/users/v1/chains/{chain_id}/members endpoints.

If the lead already exists in ClubReady, the integration will not be able to update the existing lead

How to set this up

Reach out to [email protected] to request a referral lead sync to your ClubReady instance.

Mapped data

• Club: the lead is created at the location they claimed the referral

• First Name: first name of the lead

• Last Name: last name of the lead

• Email: email address of the lead

• Date of Birth: date of the birth of the lead (if provided)

• Cell Phone: phone number of the lead

You can require phone number be provided when a referral offer is claimed in your referral offer settings

• Send Email: Should the lead be sent an email when they are created in ClubReady

• Note: A note that's created for the lead upon creation

• Referred by User: The ClubReady user that referred them (if found)

• Prospect Type: The prospect type for the lead (let Perkville Support if you want this set and what it should be)

• Referral Type ID: The type applied to referral relationship in ClubReady (let Perkville Support if you want this set and what it should be)
