Automated reward redemptions

Rewards can be setup to automatically distribute dollar and service credits to your customers in Mariana Tek upon redemption.

Please allow 5 to 30 minutes for the reward to land in Mariana Tek

Voucher status

When creating these rewards, please make sure to set the initial voucher status as Pending further processing. This status triggers the integration to process the redemption and apply the credit in Mariana Tek.

Finding service credit IDs

We need the ID for the credit type and not the credit package

To automate the redemption of Mariana Tek credits Perkville's implementation team will need the credit IDs you'd like distributed for each reward. To find these follow the below steps:

1. Log into your Mariana Tek dashboard

2. Click Products in the left-hand menu

3. Click Credits in the sub-menu

4. Click to edit the credit type you'd like automatically redeemed

5. The credit ID is at the end of the URL of this page. Here is an example where the credit ID is 2324: https://yourbusiness.marianatek.com/admin/products/credits/credit-types/edit/2324

6. Give this ID along with any other credits your want automated to your Perkville rep.
