Sending Referral Leads to Mariana Tek + Xplor Growth

Perkville can automatically send referral leads directly into Mariana Tek when a referred friend claims a referral offer. This means your sales and marketing teams can seamlessly follow up with referred prospects using Mariana Tek’s tools, including Xplor Growth for marketing automation.

If a user does not already exist for the new lead, Perkville creates a new record for the lead with the following fields: first name, last name, email, phone (if provided), date of birth (if provided). A perkville-referral tag is applied to the new user. This tag facilitates the sync into Xplor Growth

How to get this setup

1. Make sure you have a referral earning activity and offer set up

2. Reach out to [email protected] and let them know you'd like this setup

3. Add the following language to your referral offer fine print: "An account will be created for you. To sign into your new account at {your business name} go to https://{your-tenant-subdomain}.marianatek.com/auth/login/ and click to reset your password."

The new user record in Mariana tek will be created with a temporary password. They will have to reset their password upon logging into Mariana Tek for the first time.
