Integration Steps

• Your Customer Success Representative will invite you to our integration platform, Middle, via email.

  • Follow the link in the email to complete your registration by setting a password.

• Once signed in to Middle:

  • Click on the GymSales app (top left corner).

  • Select Edit Connection.

  • Enter the username and password for your GymSales account (must have admin privileges).

  • Click Submit to finalize the integration.

• Provide your CSR with your GymSales Location IDs to ensure data is mapped correctly to the appropriate instance.

  Note: Your GymSales Location ID is different from your ABC ID. If you're unsure of your GymSales Location ID, please reach out to your GymSales representative for assistance.
