Challenge Invitations

Perkville’s Challenge Invitations feature helps engage eligible customers by inviting them to participate in your challenges. Here’s how the invitation process works:

Eligibility and Timing

  • Eligibility: Customers who meet the criteria to participate in a challenge and complete an earning rule or progress activity within the challenge timeframe will receive an invitation.

  • Frequency: Challenge invitations are sent a maximum of once per week. This ensures customers are reminded of the challenge without being overwhelmed by frequent notifications.

Invitation Details

  • Overview: Each invitation provides an overview of the challenge, including:

    • Title: The name of the challenge.

    • Description: A brief description of what the challenge entails.

    • Challenge Progress Activities: A summary of the activities or goals required to complete the challenge.

  • Call to Action: The invitation includes a button to join the challenge, making it easy for recipients to engage with the challenge directly from the email.

Purpose

Challenge invitations aim to encourage participation and drive customer engagement by notifying eligible customers about relevant challenges and motivating them to take part.
