Prohibit staff from earning or redeeming points

The "Prohibit Staff from Earning or Redeeming Points" setting prevents users with staff access from earning or redeeming points.

This setting can be found in the Advanced Settings of your program

How to Enable the Restriction

  1. Go to Advanced Settings:

  2. Log in to your Perkville business account.

  3. Navigate to My Business > Settings > Advanced

  4. Scroll "Prohibit staff from earning or redeeming points."

  5. Check "Don't allow staff members at your business to earn or redeem points on their Perkville accounts."

  6. Click Save at the bottom of the page

Managing Staff Accounts

Users with staff access to your program can be managed via the Staff Members page in your program settings.
