Point adjustment

Businesses can adjust points for customers to account for various situations, such as correcting errors or applying special points. Follow the steps below to make a point adjustment:

  1. Access the Customer Profile:

  2. Initiate a point adjustment:

    • To add points to the customer’s balance, click on the "Give points" button.

    • To remove points from the customer’s balance, click on the "Redeem points" button.

  3. In the modal that appears, select "Point adjustment."

  4. Provide a Description:

    • Write a note to describe the reason for the adjustment. Please note that this description will be visible to the customer in their point earning history.

Reminder: The ability to give or redeem points for a customer is dependent on the staff member’s role. Find the right person at your business who has these permissions if you do not.
