Point adjustment
Businesses can adjust points for customers to account for various situations, such as correcting errors or applying special points. Follow the steps below to make a point adjustment:
Access the Customer Profile:
Initiate a point adjustment:
To add points to the customer’s balance, click on the "Give points" button.
To remove points from the customer’s balance, click on the "Redeem points" button.
In the modal that appears, select "Point adjustment."
Provide a Description:
Write a note to describe the reason for the adjustment. Please note that this description will be visible to the customer in their point earning history.
Reminder: The ability to give or redeem points for a customer is dependent on the staff member’s role. Find the right person at your business who has these permissions if you do not.
