You have the ability to void both earning and redeeming transactions, effectively reversing the transaction. This feature is helpful for correcting transactions made in error.

How to void a transaction

  1. Access the .

  2. Select the transaction you want to void.

  3. Click the "Void transaction" button.

Only staff members with Employee or Admin level permissions can void transactions.
