Branding step 2: web pages and emails

In step 2 of branding settings, you can customize various elements of your loyalty program, including the website as a whole, specific pages such as the referral page and login/registration page, as well as emails sent to customers.

Customization options

For each component, you can customize the following:

  • Header: Customize the header of the page or email.

  • Background color: Choose the background color to align with your brand.

  • Text color: Define the text color for better readability.

  • Button background color: Customize the background color of buttons to make them stand out.

  • Button text color: Define the text color of buttons for clear visibility.

  • Footer type: Choose the type of footer and customize its appearance.

  • Footer background color: Define the background color of the footer.

  • Footer text color: Customize the text color in the footer.

Components for customization:

  1. Website as a whole: Customize the overall appearance of your loyalty program website.

  2. Referral page: Customize the page where customers refer their friends.

  3. Login/registration page: Personalize the login and registration page for a seamless user experience.

  4. Emails:

    • Earned points cmail: Customize the email sent when a customer earns points.

    • Referral rmail: Personalize the email sent to prospects referred by a customer.

    • Invitation email: Customize the email sent to customers inviting them to join the loyalty program.

Preview and publish

After customizing these components, you can save your settings. Remember, updates will not go live until you publish the changes.
