Birthday

The Birthday Earning Rule in Perkville allows you to automatically reward customers with points on their birthdays. To implement this rule, you simply specify the number of points that customers should receive. Customer birthday data can be imported from your business management platforms, such as your point of sale, membership system, or scheduling system. Additionally, customers have the option to enter their birthdays directly into Perkville. Once set up, Perkville will automatically credit the designated points to customers on their birthdays, provided their birthdates are recorded in the system.

To add a Birthday Earning Rule via your business dashboard, navigate to the "Reward Program" section found in the left navigation menu. Scroll down to "Earning Activities," click on the "+" icon, and then select "Birthday" from the options provided.
