Can you change the name of a customer?

It depends on whether the customer has a registered Perkville account or not.

• If the customer does not have a registered Perkville account: You can change their name by visiting their customer profile. Click on the pencil icon next to their name at the top of the page to edit their name directly.

• If the customer has a registered Perkville account: The customer will need to visit the following URL to change their name on their own: https://www.perkville.com/settings/usr/profile/.
