Yes, Perkville offers data migration from other loyalty or rewards software platforms. We require only the email address of the customer and their point balance for migration. You can upload this to Perkville using a CSV with this information (e.g. , 40). We recommend using the "Point Adjustment" earning rule in this process. \ \ Additionally, if you prefer to associate each customer with their specific location from the outset, you have the option to upload this information for each location. Alternatively, you can upload email addresses and point balances to one location and allow customers to become associated with their specific location as they make purchases or as their membership data is synced. --- # Agent Instructions This documentation is published with GitBook.
