A customer accidentally redeemed a reward. What should I do?
1. From the Dashboard, click on "Customers" on the left menu. 2. Find the customer. 3. Click on the customer. 4. Check the box next to the redemption. 5. Click "Void transaction" button. This will void the redemption and return the points to their balance. Please note that staff members with Front Desk permissions can't void transactions. Staff members with Employee or Admin permissions can void transactions.
