Customer profile

To access and manage a customer's profile in Perkville, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the customer profile:

    • Start from the Dashboard and click on "Customers" in the left navigation menu.

    • Use the search bar to locate the customer by entering their email or name.

    • Click on the customer's name from the search results.

  2. Actions available on the customer profile page: Depending on your role, you can perform the following actions:

    • Give points:

      • Reward customers with points for their interactions or purchases. Please note that you must have the appropriate role to give points.

    • Redeem points:

      • Redeem points for customers.

    • View referrals:

      • See referrals made by the customer.

    • Submit referrals:

      • Submit referrals on behalf of the customer.

    • Mark vouchers as used:

      • Change the status of vouchers including marking them as used.

    • Invite a customer:

      • Extend invitations to customers to join your loyalty program.

    • Manage emails:

      • Add or remove emails associated with the customer that haven't yet joined Perkville.

      • Change their primary email address.

    • View point Balance and membership details:

      • Check the customer's current point balance and membership status.

      • View any custom attributes specific to the customer.
