Referral submission error for front desk staff
A staff member with front desk privileges may encounter an error when trying to submit a referral on behalf of a customer. This occurs because if the referral will immediately result in the customer receiving points, the front desk role is blocked from submitting it. The front desk role does not have the authority to assign points to customers.
