Activities

Activities within Perkville serve as a tracking mechanism for various customer actions, such as those related to challenges or referral completions. It's important to note that activities themselves are not displayed as part of your rewards program on their own and have no point value.

Creating an Activity

To create an activity, follow these simple steps:

1. Navigate to the Dashboard and click on "Rewards Program" in the left-hand navigation.

2. Click the "+" sign next to "Earning Activities".

3. Select "Activity".

4. Enter the necessary details:

   • Name: Provide a descriptive name for the activity, such as "Signed up for new membership".

   • Description (Optional): Optionally, provide a brief description of the activity.

   • Completes Referral Toggle: Indicate whether the activity will complete a referral on the customer's account. For example, if John refers Dave, and Dave then completes the activity, toggling this option on will mark the referral as complete, and John will earn points for the referral.
