Can I remove an email address from a customer's account?

You can if it's unconfirmed and it's not their primary email address. You can visit their customer profile and then click on "Manage emails" on the right hand side of the page. On the next page, you can remove the unconfirmed email address.

Please note that the customer can also remove email addresses in their Perkville settings, both confirmed and unconfirmed ones.
