Accessing email subscription status

  1. Customer profile: Navigate to the specific customer's profile within your business dashboard.

  2. Email subscription status section: On the right side of the customer profile page, locate the section labeled "Perkville email subscription status."

  3. Change subscription status: Clicking on the link in this section will open a modal window, where the business can modify the Perkville email subscriptions that the customer currently has.
