How do we add points to a customer or member account?

You can add points to a customer's account directly from their customer profile. This method allows for quick adjustments to individual accounts as needed.

Additional Methods for Adding Points

  1. Add / Redeem Page:

    • Navigate to the Add / Redeem page by clicking on "My Business" in the top navigation menu and then selecting "Add / Redeem."

    • Here, you can add points to several customer accounts at once, providing a convenient option for managing point adjustments.

  2. Bulk Point Adjustments:

    • You can also add points in bulk by clicking on the CSV Upload link on the "Add / Redeem" page. This feature allows you to upload a CSV file, making it efficient to manage large quantities of point changes at once.
