How do we add points to a customer or member account?

Additional Methods for Adding Points
Add / Redeem Page:
Navigate to the Add / Redeem page by clicking on "My Business" in the top navigation menu and then selecting "Add / Redeem."

Bulk Point Adjustments:
You can also add points in bulk by clicking on the CSV Upload link on the "Add / Redeem" page. This feature allows you to upload a CSV file, making it efficient to manage large quantities of point changes at once.
