You can create referral offers that your customers can share with their friends. We recommend creating referral offers that are better than what any regular prospect can get online or by walking into your location. This way your customers feel like they are helping their friend get something special. Each referral offer can be tailored to specific locations, enabling you to experiment with different promotions across various branches. To create a referral offer in Perkville, navigate to "Reward Program" located in the left navigation menu. Scroll down to "Earning Activities" and click on the "+" icon next to "Create New Referral Offer" in the Referral section. Please note that you must have an active Referral rule to create a referral offer.

Here’s how to set up a Referral Offer:

1. Title of the offer: Begin by naming your offer. This title should be clear, such as "Free Week Pass" or "20% Off Any Purchase."

2. Image: Add a visual element to your offer by selecting an image. You can choose from pre-provided images or upload your own. If uploading, ensure the image is a JPEG with minimum dimensions of 620 x 368 pixels.

3. Promotion details: Describe the specifics of the promotion. This could include details about the product or service the offer applies to, helping clarify what the prospect will receive.

4. Fine print: Include any necessary fine print associated with the offer. This might cover exclusions, limitations, or other conditions that the customers should be aware of before accepting the offer.

5. Agreement terms: Specify any terms and conditions that the referred prospect must agree to in order to claim the offer. Clear ensure both parties understand the commitment.

6. Locations: Define which of your are participating in this offer. This allows customers to identify where they can redeem the offer.

7. Initial voucher status: Set the initial status of the voucher once it is redeemed.

8. Redemption instructions: Provide clear instructions for how the referred prospect can redeem the offer voucher they receive. Good instructions will ensure a smooth redemption process, enhancing the customer experience and reducing confusion.

9. SEO title: This title appears in search engine results and on social media previews. It helps search engines, users, and assistive devices like screen readers understand the content of your referral offer, improving overall accessibility. Defaults to the referral offer title.

10. SEO description: This description provides a brief summary of your referral offer in search results and social media previews. It helps attract users and offers crucial context for assistive devices like screen readers, enhancing accessibility. Defaults to the referral offer details.
