Registration Rate Overview

This report is only available if you have membership settings turned on in Advanced Settings.

The Registration Rate Overview Report provides insights into the number and percentage of customers joining your rewards program. This report helps businesses track their join rates and assess the effectiveness of campaigns, such as offering extra points for registering in the loyalty program.

Filters for the Registration Rate Overview Report

Before running the report, you can apply the following filters to customize the data:

  • Date Range: Define the period for which you want to include customers that signed up for a membership within a date range. (That is, it looks at the external join date field.) If no date range is specified, the report will include all active members at your business. Please note that this date range is not for the date that the customer joined your loyalty program.

  • Locations: Select the specific locations for which you want to view the registration data. You can run the report for all locations or narrow it down to specific locations.

  • Location Groups: Choose a location group (e.g. you can create groups for franchises, regions, etc) to view the registration rates for multiple locations within the same group.

Columns in the Registration Rate Overview Report

After generating the report, the following columns will be displayed:

  • Location Name: The name of each location.

  • POS Location ID: The Point of Sale ID for the location in question (e.g., ABC Club Number, MindBody ID, etc.).

  • Active Customers on Perkville: This column shows how many active members at this location have joined Perkville, optionally filtered by external join date. That is, this is a count of customers with a home location matching the location that are both Active on Perkville and have an Active external join status, and have joined your business within the given datetime window (if provided).

  • Total Customers: The total number of customers with a home location matching the location who have Active "external join status" (i.e., regardless of Perkville status).

  • Registration Rate: The percentage of active members at this location that are marked as Active in your loyalty program.

Generating the Report

To generate the Registration Rate Overview Report:

  1. Navigate to the Reports section in your Perkville dashboard.

  2. Select Registration Rate Overview from the available report list.

  3. Apply the desired filters, including the date range and location criteria.

  4. Click Run Report to export the information as a CSV file for further analysis.
