My customer's points are being expired. Why?

If a customer's points are being canceled, please follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue.

  1. Check membership settings. Under advanced settings, scroll to "Membership settings," and check if both "Use Membership settings in Perkville" and "Expire all points [ ] days after a user cancels their membership" are both turned on and are set to desired settings.

  2. Check point expiration. Under advanced settings, scroll to "Point expiration," and check if point expiration is turned on and are set to desired settings.
