Changing a customer’s loyalty program status

Business staff members can update a customer’s loyalty program status from the customer profile page. This functionality allows you to manage a customer's engagement with your loyalty program directly from their profile.

Steps to change the loyalty program status

  1. Navigate to the Customer’s Profile:

    • From your Perkville Dashboard, search for the customer by their name or email address.

    • Click on the customer’s name to open their profile.

  2. Locate the Loyalty Program Status section:

    • On the right-hand side of the customer profile page, you will see the Loyalty Program Status section.

    • This section displays the current status of the customer within the loyalty program (e.g., Active, Pending, or Inactive).

  3. Edit the status:

    • Click on the pencil icon next to the Loyalty Program Status.

    • This will allow you to update the customer’s status. You can select a new status from the available options (e.g., Active, Inactive, Pending).

    • Once the status is updated, it will be reflected immediately in the system.

  4. Save the Changes:

    • After selecting the new status, ensure you save the changes to update the customer’s profile.
