You can reach the Add / Redeem page by clicking on the My Business button in the top navigation, then Add / Redeem. Please note that you must have to access this page.
All Customers receive the same activity: For example, you’re running a quick promo where everyone gets 5 points for attending an event.
Uniform point adjustment: You want to give or redeem a the same number amount of points for multiple users at once.
If your scenario involves different point amounts per customer, you’ll want to use instead.
Choose an action: Give Points, Redeem Points, or Log Activity.
Select the location: Pick which location these points or activities will be associated with.
Enter email addresses: Paste a list of emails on separate lines (no commas or semicolons).
Select the appropriate rule: Decide which rule applies.
Apply points or activities: Submit your update to process the points.
Upon visiting Add / Redeem, you’ll first decide which action you want to perform:
Give points: Use this to grant points to multiple customers for a uniform reason.
Redeem points: Select this if you need to deduct (redeem) points from multiple customers at once.
Log activity: You want to add an activity(ies) to customers. The same quantity for all of them.
If you operate from multiple locations:
Pick the Location from which you want to award or redeem points.
If you’re unsure, or if you’re awarding points across different home locations, you may want to use a corporate or generic location to keep things consistent.
You’ll be prompted to add the email addresses of the customers:

Ensuring the email addresses are correct prevents points from going to the wrong account.
