Add / Redeem page

You can reach the Add / Redeem page by clicking on the My Business button in the top navigation, then Add / Redeem. Please note that you must have to access this page.

When to use the Add / Redeem page

  • All Customers receive the same activity: For example, you’re running a quick promo where everyone gets 5 points for attending an event.

  • Uniform point adjustment: You want to give or redeem a the same number amount of points for multiple users at once.

If your scenario involves different point amounts per customer, you’ll want to use instead.


Quick Overview

  1. Choose an action: Give Points, Redeem Points, or Log Activity.

  2. Select the location: Pick which location these points or activities will be associated with.

  3. Enter email addresses: Paste a list of emails on separate lines (no commas or semicolons).

  4. Select the appropriate rule: Decide which rule applies.

  5. Apply points or activities: Submit your update to process the points.


Detailed tteps

1. Choose an Action

Upon visiting Add / Redeem, you’ll first decide which action you want to perform:

  • Give points: Use this to grant points to multiple customers for a uniform reason.

  • Redeem points: Select this if you need to deduct (redeem) points from multiple customers at once.

  • Log activity: You want to add an activity(ies) to customers. The same quantity for all of them.


2. Select the location

If you operate from multiple locations:

  1. Pick the Location from which you want to award or redeem points.

  2. If you’re unsure, or if you’re awarding points across different home locations, you may want to use a corporate or generic location to keep things consistent.


3. Enter email addresses

You’ll be prompted to add the email addresses of the customers:

  1. One email per Line

    • Example:

      customer1@example.com
      customer2@example.com
      customer3@example.com
  2. No commas or semicolons

    • The system will not accept lists separated by commas or semicolons.

  3. Double-check spelling

    • Ensuring the email addresses are correct prevents points from going to the wrong account.


4. Select the rule

Next, choose the relevant Earning or Redeeming rule from the dropdown or radio button list. Also, select the number of points if an and the quantity if a .
