Bulk point updates

In Perkville, staff members with Employee or Admin level permissions can efficiently manage large volumes of point transactions by using bulk point updates. This is useful not only for adding and redeeming points in bulk, but also for correcting point errors.

Two Ways to Bulk Update Points

1. Using the “Add / Redeem” page

   • Use this process if each customer is getting the same number of points.

2. Using the CSV upload process

   • Use this process if each customer is getting a different number of points and you need to process a large number of transactions.
