To access the Perkville hosted loyalty program through the ABC Ignite Engagement App, members will need to complete a quick, one-time setup process in the app. This ensures their app is securely connected to their Perkville account, so they can track points, redeem rewards, and refer friends—all without ever leaving the app.

They'll first need to join the loyalty program if they haven't already. The member can tap the Join here link to get started. The email address they use in the mobile app will be pre-filled on the join form to save them time and reduce errors. Once they've joined, they will need to complete the authentication step by clicking Authorize connection here.

Businesses can customize the message at the top of this page by navigating to Settings > Advanced and adding a "Custom API message."
